Captain Bert Barkus married into the Gil Drake family over 30 years ago. His father-in-law created The Deep Water Cay Club in the Bahamas, a world-renowned Bonefishing lodge. The Florida Everglades, though primitive, is more readily accessible than most wilderness areas. We are located just off the beaten path, and we would love for it to stay that way. If you want to take just a short excursion around the area by boat, or make it a full day of fishing and/or sightseeing, we're right for the job. We never know what the weather will bring here in the 'Glades, so be prepared for anything. |
