Tarpon Snook and Red Fish

Report Date: May 2, 2009

Well the Tarpon have been all over, but the weater and tides have everything to do with making it a success.
The snook are also in a biting mood now that the water temp. is in the 70s,and the summertime patterns are starting, meaning weather stability(NO WIND).
Their are pleanty of snook, tarpon, reds, trout, flounder,a few mackeral and a few cobia on the gulf side.
With the summer approaching we all have to take notice of any thunder storms that just might crop up.Always keep a close eye on this if fishing the gulf side,it can get nasty in a hurry if your not paying attintion.
All in all, fishing has neen good.So get out and keep those artificials moving and cover area till you locate the species your fishing for
